Angharad has a wealth of experience supporting a wide range of businesses, including those in the community sector. She has skills in project management, training, events planning, community engagement and business support.
She is passionate about ensuring that everyone can participate in the projects she is involved in and is highly skilled in providing people who face barriers with the information and support they need to take part. Angharad is extremely organised, excellent at building relationships and a great communicator. She is adaptable, and thrives on variety, which lends itself well to the nature of freelance work! Angharad supported a panel of marginalised women to share their lived experience with Scottish Government officials using her skills of inclusive practice and enabling people facing barriers to participate fully. Since the project ended, the panel has continued meeting decision-makers in school age childcare and the equality, inclusion and human rights directorate and Angharad is helping facilitate this.

Angharad is involved with the community engagement elements of the Local Place Plan for Old Luce. This is being undertaken by Old Luce Development Trust on behalf of the local community, with support from Old Luce Community Council and is being funded by Old Luce Community Fund.

Angharad is working with Grace to co-design tailored neurodiversity in the workplace training at The Stove Network by bringing in her lived experience and training expertise. |
