POLICY & SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

We will help you develop the tools you need. You’ll have the systems, processes and policies in place to make sure you are ready for whatever you have planned next. These could include volunteer processes, mentoring and befriending systems or equality and diversity policies.
We will work with you to find out what you need, whether it’s systems to record volunteer hours, recruitment processes or a range of policies to ensure you are adhering to best practice. The aim is to make things easier, rather than overburden you with bureaucracy so we will make sure that we take into account the way you work and the culture and values that are important to you.

PRICING STRUCTURE

All of our work around policy and systems development is charged at our consultancy rate, which can be found on our pricing structure here.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“We have worked regularly with Sleeping Giants on our mentoring scheme, which has enabled us to provide a better framework for all involved. It positively impacts what we deliver as an organisation as well as the participating individuals and their own professional development. If Sleeping Giants didn’t provide this there would be a massive gap.”

“It has given us the tools to provide a safe, enjoyable professional experience for our volunteers.”
